The company has assembled a qualified management team and prominent experts to develop all facets of the project complimenting their experience in the leisure and attractions industry.

Gaines Dittrich – Chairman of the Board provides business and fiscal counsel as the former Chairman of the Board and President of Pioneer Bank and Trust in St. Louis with 43 years banking experiences.

Greg Volich – President and CEO with over 35 years experience in the leisure and hospitality industry, producing entertainment projects internationally for two decades.

Paul Scribner – Finance and Operations with a background in fiscal management, investor relations, operations and business experience and a native of Branson, MO.

John Barker – Marketing & Development with 18 years experience with a business degree in Management/Marketing and also a graduate ministry degree.
